VA Evolution Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Agreement
   By purchasing and/or using the Claire Lockey Coaching monthly membership, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Claire Lockey Coaching. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with the membership.
2. Membership Benefits
   2.1 Description of Services
   The 6 month membership provides access to monthly training, content clinics, Q&A sessions, quarterly challenges, weekly content prompts. The specific details of the services and benefits will be outlined on our website and other promotional materials.

2.2 Modifications
Claire Lockey Coaching reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the membership benefits, including but not limited to pricing, features, and availability, with or without prior notice. Any modifications will be communicated to members through reasonable means, such as email or website announcements.

1. Membership Fees and Payment
   3.1 Membership Fees
   In consideration for the membership, you agree to pay the applicable membership fee as specified on our website or other promotional materials. The membership fee may be subject to taxes and additional charges, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

3.2 Payment
Payment for the monthly membership will be processed at the beginning of each billing cycle, as specified during the signup process. You authorize Claire Lockey Coaching to charge the designated payment method for the membership fee and any applicable taxes or charges.

3.3 Automatic Renewal
The monthly membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your membership. By providing your payment information, you authorize Claire Lockey Coaching to automatically charge your designated payment method for the renewal fee. You may cancel your membership as outlined in Section 4.

1. Membership Cancellation
   4.1 Cancellation by Member
   You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation procedure specified on our website or by contacting our customer support. You will not be eligible for a refund if you choose to leave within your first 6-month commitment.

4.2 Termination by Claire Lockey Coaching
Claire Lockey Coaching reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership, in whole or in part, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or misuse of the membership benefits.

1. Intellectual Property
   5.1 Ownership
   All intellectual property rights related to the membership benefits, including but not limited to content, materials, trademarks, and logos, are and will remain the exclusive property of Claire Lockey Coaching or its licensors. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without prior written consent from Claire Lockey Coaching
2. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claire Lockey Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the membership, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United Kingdom.
